With over 20 years working in recruitment and workforce solutions, with the last 12 years focused on senior business development and account management. As a Senior Account Director, Cass loves getting to know her clients and crafting smart, practical sales strategies that open new doors and strengthen existing relationships. Helping solve real challenges and delivering results is what drives her.

Cass is comfortable working independently, but also really enjoys collaborating in team environments. Building strong relationships at every level, from C-suite execs, middle management, to HR and procurement teams, is something she is proud of and enjoys.

Outside of work, she is a busy mum to two amazing and active kids and loves nothing more than spending quality time outdoors with her family, fishing, boating and trail running. Cass is passionate about DEI and allyship because she believes that when people feel truly included and supported, everyone thrives.
