Lumen is a virtual assistant from the Philippines. She is with Redwolf+Rosch for almost 3 years. For the last 2 years, she transitioned from sourcing to admin and finance.

Lumen believes that success is ultimately connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They never stop learning and growing. As they say, everyday is a process of learning and unlearning things.

Outside of work, Lumen is a graduating law student. She finds joy in helping others and serving the community.
