With over 20 years of HR and Recruitment Management and consultancy experience across IT, Education, Finance and Accounting, Sheralee brings a diverse background in teaching, counselling, coaching, and alternative therapies.

She finds fulfilment in the dynamic challenge and privilege of facilitating ‘the dance of people matching’, ensuring a seamless journey and successful outcomes for clients and candidates alike, in what she considers a pivotal and potentially life-changing transformation.

In her personal time, she enjoys reading, beach walks, going to the gym and spending quality time with her loved ones – especially her two cats!
