I never would of applied for the position on my own until both Nancy and Silvana contacted me and said they have the perfect job that suited me based on my resume.
From my 1st interview to my 1st week in the job Silvana contacted me throughout the whole process.
It’s the 1st time in my 30 years of working that a recruiter actually cared about me and not just numbers crunching.
To be honest I said to Silvana if I didn’t get the job, I wanted to work for her!!! That’s how much of an impact her and the team made me feel.
In previous years I have tried to approach other recruiters in Brisbane, and I can honestly say absolutely none of them care about me like both Silvana and Wendy.
Words can not express how lucky and thank full that they found me.
